kaya pala di napalitan address ko nung nagparegister ako last month.

pero still... managed to register my car sa Taguig kahit na QC address sa OR/CR ko

if they ask for a parking... may parking ako sa Taguig nga lang (puno na parking namin sa QC)

medyo magulo nga gusto nila mangyari

the lawmaker supposedly spearheading the bill, was being interviewed earlier today over the radio.
    he aired his side.
i have yet to hear the opposite side, if ever there is one.
    i hope there is one!
    heh heh.

Heard him on the news. Kailangan daw affidavit na may garage ka. The LTO would be tasked daw to check if the affidavit is true. They might ask the help of Barangay daw. At the end he said wala pa naman daw IRR.

OK sana yung objective ng bill, pero it seems this will add more red tape. Ma delay na plaka mo, ma delay pa registration mo.

All assumption. Wala pang batas eh, they can't act on it. Baka down lang talaga system for the meantime.

Though expect "meantime" to be a "some time" since we're talking of the government and specifically of an agency which has 5 years worth of backlog of plates.
