fyi intermittent daw sms balance inquiry ng autosweep. escalated na daw dahil marami nagreklamo.

At last, nakapagpalink na ako ng easytrip to my autosweep rfid (may charge na ang reader nila). Almost 1hr din ang pinila ko. Kunin ko nalang yung acct card ko sa merville office after 15 days.

May I know kung after mo bang magpa-link ng Autosweep to Easytrip, binigay naba sayo ang account number mo? Sakin kasi hindi, they just asked me make the initial load of Php400 (Php200 for each car) and wait for 3-4 working days.

Since Sept. 12th ako nagpa-link ng Autosweep, I guess my linked-up RFID is now working. Ang card nalang din ang hinihintay ko (15 working days daw... so from Sept 12th, estimated na sa Oct. 2nd ang 15th working day at release).

Ang proof ko lang na nagpa-link ako ay ang resibo nung transaction ko. I assume sa pag-release ng account card nalang din ko malalaman ang account number?

Akala ko kasi while waiting for the actual card, may account number nakong pinanghahawakan para pwede nako makapasok sa mga RFID booths ng Easytrip. Dahil wala nga akong account number pa, alangan pako pumasok sa mga RFID lanes sa NLEX nito (sa cash lane muna para sigurado).

Same as you, successful ang merging ng autosweep and easytrip ko. Its been more than a month pero wala pa ako nareceived na sms/email from Easytrip regarding my account and card para maka pagload ako kasi paubos na ang P500 na niload ko during the initial registration. I might visit them at their office and complain. Pinapahirapan nila tayo.

The merging will work after 3-4 days, try mo lang pumasok sa easytrip rfid and you’ll see the balance. What i did is minsan sa Cavitex pag nag miss yung bulok na reader nila, pinapa scan ko yung card ng ibang kotse ko para dun bawasan ang payment ko. I have multiple cards for different cars....hassle mga lintek.

Had my Easytrip linked to Autosweep last week at Shell C5 Heritage. Took about 10 minutes to register and I just paid 200 pesos.

I got a confirmation text 2 days after that my account has been linked. I still haven't gotten the text though that my physical card can be picked up already at their office.

Wala din binigay sakin na acct number. I guess kaya matagal yung turn over ng docs sa shell magallanes is sa dami ng nagpapakabit sa kanila?
Remind ko lang din na walang office ang easytrip customer service sa merville ng saturday-sunday sabi sakin nung employee ng sa shell magallanes.

Swerte mo naman sir *jutz at makukuha mo agad acct number mo. Sinabi din sakin yan last week na meron nga sa shell heritage kaya lang sa sobrang inis ko sa mga tao sa shell magallanes e di na ako nagpunta kasi baka lowbat na naman reader nila.

Antayin ko nalang yung text sakin since bihira lang naman ako dumaan sa mga easytrip tollways. Baon nalang kayo ng mahabang pasensya sa pila if magpapamerge kayo.

Isa pa palang na-notice ko sa ilang beses kong pabalik balik sa easy trip shell magallanes e may time na puro headlight lang sila nagkakabit at ayaw nila sa WS. at minsan pag nabasa at umulan e hirap na basahin rfid.

Just one. The others naka-link na from before eh. My Civic naka-physical tag eh which will be deactivated by Oct. So had to link to the RFID.

The payment naman is converted also to load

So i went to easytrip C5 extension office and my card has been sitting duck for more than a month. Walang man lang sms or email. The problem is, they printed the wrong name on the card.

That's sad to hear, tapos sarado pa sila pag weekend? Ano ba naman yan!

Speaking of which, yang Easytrip Customer Service nila sa Merville ay same din ba ng "C5 Link Customer Service West Service Road" as mentioned in their website? Nalilito kasi ako dun sa sinabi ng ale sa Shell Magallanes kung saan iclaim ang Easytrip account card after 15 working days (which will fall on Oct 2nd). Hope someone could post a roadmap/screenshot para alam kong puntahan pag time ko ng iclaim (can't find it at Google Maps, unfortunately).

Kahit nung Sept. 12th pako nagpa-link ng Autosweep to Easytrip, sabi after 3-4 days makatanggap ako ng text pag activated na ang account (albeit without an account number given to me)... pero wala parin as of this writing! Why do I have this feeling na even after 15 working days, wala parin akong text or email na matatanggap from Easytrip (I've read so many sad stories).

Dahil dito reluctant pako pumasok sa Easytrip RFID lane ng NLEX at baka maabala pako.

At least para alam ko na pag nagtext o email na sila... sana lang dumating on time.

Mukhang waiting game pa ata ito...

Yes sa ilalim. If you’re coming from C5 road extension, and make a U turn before west service road, there’s a small entrance. Their offices are white container vans.

Pumunta ako Shell Nuvali para magpainstall ng Easytrip pero sabi nalipat daw sa CALAX. Badtrip kasi wala naman ako pupuntahan and hindi daw pwede umatras or mag U-turn after magpainstall ng Easytrip. Order nalang ako online.

The metallic part is bigger compared to the previous one.

Not sure if I have to remove the white sticker layer, I'm having a hard time removing it and there's no instructions to remove it.

Yun sa shoppee puro sa headlight lang wala sila nun pang windshield?

Either. May kasamang guide paper if sa windshield (Passenger side, middle part) or headlight.

Sa montero gen 3.5 may issue sa rfid sa headlight, mixed feedback pero dinikit ko parin sa headlight.

Bakit kaya ang daming version ng easytrip RFID. Baka dahil sa narereceive na feedback sa mga customer and product improvement narin siguro or iba’t ibang supplier ng rfid.




Tapos meron daw ganitong plate type rfid version na lalabas.
