confirmed that there is rfid issuing facility in shell magallanes. they're open 6am-6pm.

Sayang as I was at Magallanes Church last Wednesday. Try ko next week.

wala naman sir. madalas lang magpunta sa south hehe gusto ko sadyain yung north naman

Para may dahilan ka rin bumili ng Easy Trip?

Where did you install yours? I was reading from a friend of mine that the headlight mounted RFID doesn't perform as good as the windshield mount.

meron ng easy trip. but for cavitex. i read they will eventually migrate the easy trip of nlex and cavitex since same company naman daw.

sa headlight nakakabit. wag lang daw tutukan ng pressure washer and it should be fine. 3M US daw supplier of the H/L stickers.

I keep a log of my trips on the SLEX. Funny thing is, I don't think the RFID charges me sometimes. My balance is usually higher than my trip log.

I have not heard of the P50 annual fee that bro.CB mentioned....

However, I paid P500 per vehicle, consumable....

yes there is a P50 to be deducted on the prepaid load per year for account maintenance... it's in the contract

I wish they just let old epass users retain their device. My first epass lasted more than 10 years. I was one of the first to avail when it first came out.

I don't think those stickers will last even half the lifetime of the devices. Dagdag hassle pa pumunta sa epass office to replace the stickers

what i don't like is that wala na yung option to pay via BPI EOL. that + the probability na matanggal or masira is why i favor epass more. I had my epass for 10+ years also before bumigay battery. never had problems with it until recently when nahihirapan nang basahin yung epass (coincidentally nung nagkaroon ng RFID but who knows).

anyway, since wala nang BPI EOL, i had it auto-credited na lang. same case, imomonitor pa rin naman yung SOA just to be sure.

btw, they advertised na andun sila sa Shell Bayanan Muntinlupa simula kahapon, e wala naman sila doon kahapon...

finally got my slex rfid today. process was easy as long as you have your OR/CR and company authorization letter for company owned cars.

Can I immediately use the RFID lane after having it installed and activated? Will be using SLEX early morning tomorrow
