ROW acquisition is shouldered by the government. Which is a massive pain in the *$$.

Kung hindi pa nadivert sa SJ River yung Section 2B, it was estimated that ROW acquisition will take a further painful 3 more years.

Hehe. Pero the thing that I hate sa SS3 is may certain areas sa baba na pinatraffic niya. #1 I think is Araneta Ave. near Q.Ave.

Imho dapat nga tapos na eto during pnoy's term kaso hindi naman ata naasikaso nang maayos yung row that time. At least ngayon tapos na kaya great job smc.

Ang point ko lang doc. A good mass transport system is the solution. The skyway is just supplemental. In 2-3 years the monstrous traffic will be back for sure.

If the system will encourage you to leave your car at home and just commute to work, then we have succeeded.

Agree.. kung daily commute from home to work dapat ang cater ng mass transport, yung kotse pang grocery at pasyal...

mas madami options mas ok.. since pandemic nga, madami na private companies, even government agencies offered shuttle services to their employees

mass transport is only for those na walang car...

papayagan mo si misis (and anak mo) magcommute?

Yung iba nagmomotor nalang din to avoid standstill traffic by weaving through them if grabe ang congestion sa mga dadaanan nila. So good advantage yun sa ph kapag mga drivers kaya mag-operate ng automobiles at motorcycles. Basta hindi sila kamote.

I have relatives living in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. With their families. They don’t have cars and don’t see the need to buy one.
