i think "by road" dapat ang implementation ng coding, not "by city"... that is, certain roads lang na talagang super congested ang dapat may coding. meron din namang roads sa makati na di masyado mabigat sa traffic di ba? dapat such roads should be exempted (as to how it can be implemented, i believe if there's a will, there's way..)
but then again, alam naman natin kung sino kumikita sa coding sa makati eh.. di lang sa coding, dami pa raket, sa kanya rin bagsak ng kita..

to add.. it seems stupid na certain roads you can't enter kasi lagpas na sa boundary ng non-coding and coding "city".. example is sa ortigas ave. going to edsa. pag lampas mo lang sa tapat ng meralco (part of non-coding pasig) papuntang edsa, may naghihintay na sa plaka mo lang nakatingin.. kalokohan di ba?

Wala din akong backup car, but fortunately, my route is always Pasig (both office and home), Marikina (in laws), Cainta...
All 3 aren't affected by "coding" hehe.

Remove color coding scheme.
-Implement new regulations on mass transport and lessen busses (of course, chances of this happening is nil kasi dun nila nakukuha yung boto...).
-Deprives one's use of personal property even if one pays road tax through fuel prices.
-Shows that the metropolis cannot handle the volume of traffic effectively.
-Restrictions create more loopholes--people cover plates, tint them, cut the last numbers, fold them, or replace with non-coding for that day just to get by. More violations emerge.
Replacement for this? Cut the public lanes to a smaller fraction of the road, remove the barriers dahil it also eats up space, create new regulations for public transport para more strict sa kanila (forces them to be more efficient kaysa sa mag-agawan)...
Thank you!
