Selling car with missing OR

Good day tsikoteers

I have a question sirs, I want to sell my car. All the documents I need are here except sa latest original OR from LTO. I have a photocopy of it though. Pinarehistro ko kasi yung kotse dun sa taong laging naglalakad ng papers namin, narehistro naman and then binigyan ako nung photocopy ng OR, hahawakan daw nya yung orig copy for the release of the stickers. Lumipas 2 months hinihingi ko na sa kanya yung OR and stickers and he keeps insisting na ibinigay na daw sa akin kahit wala pa talaga. So nawawala yung orig OR and latest stickers. Car is due for registration sa August pa and I can't wait that long to have a new OR then sell it. Magkakaproblema ba ako sa buyers with these issues? What should I do?

As long as you have the original CR ( cert of reg) Medyo ok lang , better yet register mo na lang yung car mo for this year para me OR ka na uli then sell it .

I think magkaiba ang sticker motorcycle at kotse,sa 4 wheels pag kumpleto year numbers,sa 2wheels last 2 numbers of current year and vice versa cmiiw

magkano ung binayad mo sa fixer para mainganyo ka na ipagawa sa kanya ung pag rehistro? At gaano katagal inabot bago mo nakuha ung photocopy ng OR mo.

Kasi ako lang ang nag aayos ng rehistro ng car ko, at normally it takes me half day.

Kasi ako lang ang nag aayos ng rehistro ng car ko, at normally it takes me half day.

Dito sa amin 400 ang fee. At hindi fixer tawag namin hehehe pero fixer nga siguro sila. Saves many of us of the hassles.

Request for a new OR. Madali lang yan lalo na kung may photocopy ka. Kung CR ang wala, mas mahirap.
