Selling car with missing OR

Good day tsikoteers

I have a question sirs, I want to sell my car. All the documents I need are here except sa latest original OR from LTO. I have a photocopy of it though. Pinarehistro ko kasi yung kotse dun sa taong laging naglalakad ng papers namin, narehistro naman and then binigyan ako nung photocopy ng OR, hahawakan daw nya yung orig copy for the release of the stickers. Lumipas 2 months hinihingi ko na sa kanya yung OR and stickers and he keeps insisting na ibinigay na daw sa akin kahit wala pa talaga. So nawawala yung orig OR and latest stickers. Car is due for registration sa August pa and I can't wait that long to have a new OR then sell it. Magkakaproblema ba ako sa buyers with these issues? What should I do?

I think magkaiba ang sticker motorcycle at kotse,sa 4 wheels pag kumpleto year numbers,sa 2wheels last 2 numbers of current year and vice versa cmiiw
