Thanks. I hope you're right. Worried lang ako na mahanapan nila ng dahilan para ipenalize ako dhil lang sa underglow.

The wordings in the Joint Administrative Order are "manifestly prejudicial to road safety" Ibig sabihin yung mga modification or accessories na obvious na magbibigay ng panganib sayo or sa ibang tao sa lansangan.

Added visibility pa nga yang underglow eh.
