Leave by 5, arrive 7pm. Leave by 8pm, arrive by 9.

I'd still take the 2hr drive vs 9pm makauwi everyday. Pagkauwi mo wala ka na magagawa but to sleep and get ready for tomorrow.

Yung mga flexible ang oras ayos sa kanila ito. They can come to work late, leave work 7pm after coding.

MMDA seeks NCR mayors’ approval of 2 nights per week number coding scheme | CNN Philippines

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has confirmed seeking the approval of Metro Manila mayors to expand the number coding scheme to two nights per week.

MMDA chairperson Romando Artes on Monday said the proposal, which was presented to the policy-making body Metro Manila Council, could reduce traffic by 40% if implemented. The current scheme covers only one night in a week.

Well, kung hindi lang sana puro u turn slots, pwede sana consider na coding ideas nila on major roads lang. Yyng mga radial roads and circumeferential roads (araneta/sgt rivera is a radial road sa alam ko while edsa and katipunan is circumferential). Di ko maalala q ave kung anu siya.
Para pwede ka pa din sana sa side street or looban.
As long as di barado yung main arteries, may galawan iyan during rush hour.

Its either this or congestion charge via rfid tulad sa ibang bansa. But di papasa yan dito kasi magreklamo mga tao kesyo anti poor. Eh lahat naman tatamaan and as long as hindi affected sa congestion charge ang public transpo, panu magiging anti poor yun.
