maraming ganyan. katuwiran nila, may dala silang pera.
at exempted DAW sila sa mga violations (like counterflow, no left/right turns, etc.)

In the former Soviet Union, "all is forbidden, including those that are permitted."
In the U.S., "All is permitted, except those which are forbidden."
In the Pilipins, "All is permitted, including those that are forbidden."

Yes, they have to transfer physical money from bank to bank.

There is no way that exempt these ass holes from total disregard of the traffic law. It's only their perceived interpretation of security that make's them disregard traffic laws in the excuse their carrying cash. Eh anak sila ng pota, kaya nga armored car yang so as to protect what's inside, personnel & cash wise. Who will hold-up in the middle of a congested traffic?
For this reason, i don't have pity for them pagtinira sila ng mga holdaper when they park more often in banks or commercial areas. Remember that armored car that fell off the skyway ramp at Pasay Road, that's what you call recklessness of the these drivers.
