i think its too harsh.. He might have just reacted on the provocation Fabros made on him. "Ang storya di ba dinisregard nya hand gesture ni Fabros to stop, Fabros tapped his Volvo, that ignited Blair's fury..." Im not pro-Carabuena but I think something ignited that fury, baka lang hindi tapik din ginawa ni Fabros.. maybe he wasn't looking at Fabros when he was signaled to Stop...
But anyway, what's done is done and at any angle it was wrong and deserves punishment.

Although what Carabuena did was definitely uncalled for, I think the consequence he's about to face (lifetime ban) is too harsh. Yes he did deserve a punishment but not to the extent of permanently removing his privilege to drive. Maybe it would be more acceptable if he were say.. banned for a year or two but lifetime? Nah.
Mas maraming mas siraulo kay Carabuena na pinapalagpas lang. Ex., PUV drivers that drive VERY recklessly. Sila itong ilang beses na naaksidente pero nakaka-drive pa rin!

don't care. sabi nga ng erpats ko, "buntot mo hila mo". we all live by the choices we make. he made his.
kukuha lang yan ng DL sa probinsya tapos middle name ang gamit instead na surname. o kaya magma-migrate sa canada.
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
