No Registration , No New Vehicle Release from Dealer starting 2/16/2017

My casa just emailed me a copy of PNP MOTOR VEHICLE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE. The date says Feb 27, 2017. The vehicle was delivered to me on Feb 15.

Does this mean it took the casa 12 days to file?

I am just assuming I am one baby step closer to finally having an OR CR. Yehey.

PNP clearance ata sir is 1-3 days lang. I think delayed lang dealer na mag-file.

Iyan rin hinala ko e. Late nag file yung Ford Balintawak. LTO has its problems, but the dealers really share equal blame. Ewan ko. Si Lord na bahala sa kanila.

Yung strada ko sir, feb 14 released. Nasa akin na OR/CR ko nung feb 28. OR/CR though, is dated feb 21 (late distribution lang). I think dapat mo na i-pressure dealer mo.

Salamat po sa lahat ng nagreply. Nagsend sila ng malinaw linaw ng onte kesa kahapon. Pero xerox copy pa rin. Hehe. Will try to ask the bank if they can give me a scanned copy para mas malinaw. Salamat po.

No disrespect, pero hindi naman "lahat ng delay" sir. The LTO is party to the problem as well. Why would it take a minimum of 7 days to verify and print an OR and CR? Dapat while you wait na ang processing and printing because everything is computerized and we have (relatively) semi-fast internet now. Like I said before, if driver's licenses can be processed at mall outlets "while you wait," why can't the LTO do the same for their district offices?

This is not to absolve the dealers of all responsibility po. The dealers are aholes, that much is given. I still don't know what they get by "batch submission."

Anyway, I think this will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Ford Balintawak, and I won't get another vehicle from their other branches Commonwealth, Quezon Avenue and Manila Bay as well. I've been advising friends and relatives to stay away from dealerships affiliated with the ANC Group.

Parang ganon ata sir kung saan sakop ng regional office ng lto ang dealer branch mo. mine was in cainta, rizal tapos i saw sa transmital list e lto sa lipa batangas ofc. pinarehistro.
