Try messaging them, helpful naman kausap. Di ko lang masasabi though kung gaano sila kabilis magrespond in the real world.

At last, after 5 months! Another proof here that you can get your plates in LTO NCR. They are releasing those that are registered until Nov. 2014.

I planned to go to Winterpine in Aurora to have the remote of my van checked since it malfunctioned. Then I thought of dropping by LTO since it's along the way anyway.

I showed them my OR/CR and asked if I have plates already. They said that I don't have yet but since they have a lot of available plates, they can assign me one. They asked for the authorization from my dealer and I said I don't have any. The lady said that she's not sure if they will give me but I should talk to their boss. I said that I will talk to him Then another woman assisted me and said that I should have an authorization letter from my dealer. I asked if it is really necessary coz Otis is far just to get an authorization. So she got my docs and gave it to the guy in front of the computer. While waiting, I asked the lady if I can choose my plates or at least the ending so that I will not end up with the same ending as with our other cars. She asked for the OR/CR of our other vehicles to really check that I really have those numbers. About 15 mins after, I have plates already and the ending is not the same as our vehicles. I didn't pay for anything.

Before I left, I asked the lady on what will happen to my OR/CR and what is the next step since my vehicle is financing, she said that they have the copies of my docs already and it's done on their part but she said that I should inform my dealer that I already got the plates so the can remove my docs in the file & to prevent double issuance of plates since what deales do is file in batches.

Mababait ang mga LTO personnel sa LTO NCR.

Hello mga sir, nag inquire ako sa LTO NCR through their FB account. With regards to OR/CR ang na process pa lang nila ay yung mga na file ng up to November, 2014. Since yung papers ko ay na submit ng dealer ng Dec. 16, 2014 ay ngayon pa lang nila pina process. Ang reason daw ay laging offline ang system nila. So i guess my car would have to wait a little longer. Mag inquire ako uli next week para ma check kung matatapos nila ang processing within 7 days as what the LTO spokesman sa news have said. In fairness dun sa naka chat ko sa fb na staff ng LTO NCR ay very accomodating at approachable or madaling kausap. Nag reply sila agad sa inquiry ko at sinabi nila kung ano ang sitwasyon. So mga sir yan ang update ko sa mga kagaya kong wala pang OR/CR. I hope na makatulong itong information na binigay ko. i try nyo din i message sila sa fb. Maraming salamat!

Sir anong mga info ang hiningi nila ng mag enquire ka sa fb? Sakin dec.13 ko nakuha yung unit ko.tnx

Hi sir, kung may copy ka ng LTO transmittal from dealer dun mo malalaman kung anong date sinubmit for registration ang car mo. Hiningi nila sa akin yung engine no. At chassis / serial no pr daw madali i trace kapag nag follow up since pina process na nila papers ko.

Hirap kasi sa mga dealers laging itinuturo ang LTO pero sa totoo lang sa kanila pa lang delay na. Iniipon muna nila ang ipaparehistro bago dalhin sa LTO so hindi nasusunod ang process na dapat iparehistro within 7 days upon release. Laging isasagot lang ng mga SA eh "on process" yun pala sa process nila nadedelay na talaga. Tsk...
