nakuha mo na pala plaka mo, cathy, paano ginawa mong pangungulit?

Last year ko nakuha pero nung Feb lang kinabit. I got the plates 7 months after I bought the car. Hindi ako nag follow up. Inintay ko lang SA ko. Feeling ko hindi pa seryoso LTO sa no plate no travel. Buti nakuha ko before April yung plates.

maybe once you see that every other car on the road has a window cut thru his tint, magpapa-putol na rin kayo..
heh heh.

americans don't have such problem.. bawal kasi dun ang full front windshield tint.. (... in many states, if not all)

doon kasi, they take these rules more seriously.

I read the lto memorandum, and it doesn't say there that there is a 7 day registration period. If bukas kukunin yung sasakyan, and i byahe ng Saturday-Monday, with just the sales invoice, pwede naman diba? Or, do we still need to ask for the csr? Insurance is already done since march 30 pa, bukas lang ma kukuha yung kotse, bukas lang nag ka time eh.
