November 16th, 2014 08:06 PM #301Oo nga po, the sad reality in this life is that the more you try to be decent and nice, the more those scalawags try to get the best of you. But then again, I have peace of mind knowing that I didn't step on other people's rights, kung kaya nilang manloko ng ganun, it will haunt them somehow, someway, because we reap what we sow
Pero bilang consumer, I have rights that I can fight the legal way... and then there's also social media
Seriously, sa mga gurus po. Will there be a harsher implication for us in the future nitong late registration na nangyari sa amin? The first car we bought brand new (with Toyota) wala naman kaming naging ganitong problem, but that was back in 07 pa. I'm just worried baka may setbacks pa in the future let's say when we renew the registration and LTO sees it? Thanks for your replies.

November 17th, 2014 11:18 AM #302Nakausap ko yung isang asst reg director ng LTO, suspend indefinite yung no reg, no travel. So for now, safe pa tayo.

November 17th, 2014 11:33 AM #303LTO should require dealers to submit registration papers within 10 days of sale date. Failure to do so should incur penalties for the dealer...including loss of license to sell.

November 17th, 2014 04:50 PM #309*CHERICE if i were you, after you get your OR/CR at new plates from your dealer. mag - change na kayo ng dealer at sabihin mo yan sa current dealer mo.. para malaman nila ung consequence na ginawa nila. kung pag-register nga lang ganun na sila ka irresponsible, what more other stuff na pwede gawin sa car mo like PMS or repairs.
i totally agree with this. ito dapat ang mga batas or policies na ginagawa or submit ng mga officials natin at hindi yung mga ibang walang kwentang policies.
sir, bakit need ka pa nila singilin for this. nung kinabit ng dealer ko ang new plate, as far as i know, wala naman baklasan naganap.
ano po ba ang auto mo?
