Tamad lang talaga sila. sino ba naman ang di tatamarin kung LTO ang katransaksyon mo.
ATM nga na pwede kang magwithdraw ng pera, kayang ilabas ng banko in minutes, tapos lata lang na may letra at numero inaabot ng buwan.

Sa private companies kasi may standard na dapat maabot mo or else may implications sa iyo, sample is all car loan applications should be evaluated within 1 day. Failure to satisfy this requirement 95% (not 100% kasi lagi namang may exception case) would mean non regularization, lower performance bonus, or worst termination. Unfortunately sa gobyerno natin wala yatang ganito. Wala pa kong narinig na nasibak sa LTO dahil di narelease yung license within the a recommended time frame.

10 years ago, mas mabilis ang rehistro at nasa akin na ang plaka in 3 weeks or less. so what has changed in the interim?

OR/CR, Registration Plate Received May 14

Sa tingin ko lang kaya naman ng LTO magawa ang sinabi nila. Nasa dealer ang delayed sa pag apply....Kung may lapses man sila hindi nila na anticipate kung kelan mag parating ng plates bago maubos ang stocks.

dahil dito bigla ako na-remind.
question po about this sticker, since they had a memo last month na no-plate no travel policy, we got our plates pretty easily from our dealer naman. problem is until now wala paring iniissue na sticker. ibang process po ba yun ng pagfollow up? as far as i understood it naman, same day release dapat ang plate and sticker right?

Ayan. Nagclarify na kanina yung DOTC and LTO na "it was never a 'No Plate, No Travel" policy".

(Pero di ko alam gagawin nila dun sa mga hinuli dahil walang plaka)

No Registration, No Travel policy pala talaga. But the TEs would still have to pull you over to check your OR/CR.

Is it possible to get the OR/CR? Dealers always say that the OR/CR comes with the plate so parang useless din ang No Registration, No Travel policy

Palusot na lang yan. Ang linaw kaya ng memo nila, php5000 for failing to attach the plates. Dapat mag release sila bago memo baka gamitin pa ng te yun.
