December 12th, 2002 06:57 PM #24I dont think BF would want to get rid of the UUVVRP immediately...
There has been a lot of studies conducted and volumes of paper work
that were involved here... He might want to consult his predecessors
before acting against it... dami na nga niya nakabangga eh...
Though I really like the EDSA rerouting scheme he applied in West/North EDSA
and Munoz... saved me a lot of travel time.. :D
Di ba may plan siya to put cameras on strategic areas sa EDSA and paint big ID numbers on top of buses?... okay na okay to, wala nang hulihan, tapos penalize
di ba?... wala sila kawala kasi may pix yung bus nila with numbers when and where
they had the violation... la na lagayan... sana matuloy....

December 12th, 2002 07:16 PM #26i've been hearing about this too... sana nga totoo na.

I think the color coding scheme still has some life to it. What should be done is to reduce the area covered by the color coding. Like when the odd-even scheme was first implemented, it was only on major roads only like EDSA, Quezon Ave and the like. Maybe a return to that scheme might help people use the secondary roads more.

Ngunit may malaking PERO.
