    asking on behalf of an friend...nanakawan kasi ng wallet, e tiyempong andun na raw ung OR. ano po ung next step? afaik, kelangan ng affidavit of loss, pero kelangan pa rin ba ung OR? di ba computerized na rin naman ang LTO driver license issuance?

    you need an affidavit of loss .. it would be good if you have a copy of the OR or license number para hindi matagal hanapin yung record .. pero hindi required ...

    Affidavit lang..

    tapos hanapin na lang nila sa computer database.. buti na lang meron na nito..

    Saka.. hintayin mo na meron manghihingi ng pera bago nila hanapin ung records mo.. bwiset un.
