I heard ms v torres of LTO on the radio awhile ago. Starting june or july nila implement ung new plates. Additional 400-450 ang idadagdag sa registration including new plates.

plain white na lang daw yung background, mukhang boring, pero sana gawin singhaba ng euro plate, kaso bad trip yun sa mga may europlate sa likod, hehe

I dont think racket to. Why are we always negative about change? Its not just the format that changed, there will also be added security features such as barcode that has info about the owner and where the car was registered. So I think it is a good upgrade for everyone, well except carnappers. I know crooks will still find a way to fake them, but any added problems for crooks is fine with me.

mas okay nga kung mas malapad like EU plate.
the most plain na nakita ko was in HK.. white background for the front plate and yellow background on the rear plate.. but this will never be applicable to Phil setting.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
