sisimulan kaya bago matapos ang taon?
pagnagkataon magiging matrafic samin pagstart ng construction...
Elevated roadway near the airport?
Diba dapat wala tall structures within a certain radius from the airport. Clearance issues with aircraft taking off and landing...
Haaay. Poor planning nanaman. Congested na sobra NAIA area (I work there) I think its high time ma transfer airport complex to a wider area, like Clark.
It will end at roxas blvd?
pardon the language. pero parang bobo talaga govt planner natin.
kahit matagal wait lang natin gawin yun northrail manila-angeles, LRT 1 baclaran-bacoor extension, mrt7 to sjdm anu pa ba + TPLEX
less traffic has its benefits.
less urban congestion has its benefits.
good airport has its benefits also.
etc
so hindi dapat outright ng sabihing malabo gawin dahil malaki gastos. ika nga "you get what you pay for". usually pag mura, hindi maganda quality.

I'm thinking, from Magallanes to Nichols interchange, pwede bang kumanan padaan ng Villamor para dumaan sa 10th st. or 14th. st. to reach the rotonda that will lead you to the entry point of NAIA T3 (para iwas trapik sa Sales Rd and Andrews Ave)?
