Whatever you say, additonal roads to and from the Airport is better than doing nothing.
I doubt na payagan ang luggage carrying sa mga monorails. Saka if ever payagan nga, I still won't risk having my stuffs be transported by train. Dami magnanakaw ngayon sa mga trains natin. I'll still take a taxi to and from the airport if I don't have a car. But that's just me :D
may mga signages na sa mga service roads, Jan 14 ang start ng construction, traffic nanaman to
I saw this too. So they're just doing Phase One (Skyway to Andrews Avenue) or are they doing the entire project already (Skyway - Airport - Cavitex/Roxas Blvd)? Anyway, in hindsight, when this is done then it should also decongest EDSA Pasay so those coming from EDSA and Makati will have more options to get to Pasay/MOA/Cavitex/Roxas Blvd.

tapos na ata yung phase 1, yung skyway to andrews, so malamang phase 2 na.
OIC... mukhang Phase II na nga yung gagawin.
Here's clearer sketch (from Skyscrapercity): NAIA Expressway - Page 10 - SkyscraperCity
Oks sana if they also link the Skyway to the Fort/BGC already (via Lawton).

I'm thinking, from Magallanes to Nichols interchange, pwede bang kumanan padaan ng Villamor para dumaan sa 10th st. or 14th. st. to reach the rotonda that will lead you to the entry point of NAIA T3 (para iwas trapik sa Sales Rd and Andrews Ave)?
The bad of this is that we will be stuck with an airport in the middle of a busy urban center.
I would have preferred developing Clark for people from the north. And a new one on one of the southern provinces (Rizal or North Quezon) for those from the South Luzon area.
Anyways, we love our cars. So build new roads by all means.
We pass by that general area everyday.
Yesterday,- very light traffic.
Where exactly are they going to do the construction?
And what's the re-routing plan?
Can anyone share the information, please?
TIA.

the last time I passed thru (or went to) Terminal 3, it was last August. hapon pa yun at napakatrapik sa tapat ng T3.
with the announcement released by DPWH, matatrapik pa lalo yung area na yan.
Question lang: galing kasi ako ng Sta. Mesa, so is it still advisable to pass thru Osmeņa/SLEx/Skyway going to Terminal 3 or sa Roxas Blvd na lang ako dadaan?

Median concrete barriers at Macapagal on/off-ramps already installed.
Macapagal/Pagcor City to T1/1T2 v.v. completed - awaiting curing of cement near T3 off-ramp to open this section.
End of the year (hopefully), T1/T2/T3 to Skyway na.
