NAIAEx T3 section going to existing Phase 2A was "inaugurated" by Sec. Villar and Tugade earlier today - commercial operations will start tomorrow. [not sure if Cavitex/Pagcor ramps will also open as well pero hinahabol na to ng Vertex na matapos asap]

Yes ser, open na T3 to existing Phase I, albeit detour muna 1x1 lane NB/SB as the full connection is still U/C.

Full connection and 100% completion is targeted February 2017 [very doable]

Will post the video of this newly opened segment once Dmitrivalencia/PinoyJoyride uploads this in YT anytime this morning
