3 Main NAIAEx off-ramp going to RWM
4 T3 off-ramp coming from T1/T2/Cavitex/Macapagal

will be opened before Christmas

From CNNPH last 25 Nov 2016:

Officials meanwhile said new portions of the NAIA Expressway will open before Christmas, providing direct access to Terminal 3, the Skyway and the South Luzon Expressway.

NAIA Expressway T3 section opening soon to ease Christmas traffic

Of course, December 2016 was the target opening for this Terminal 3 section but an actual date has yet to be finalized. Internally, we’re hearing a Dec. 7 “target.” Our sources say the section is ready for operations.

All the remains is a toll operations permit from the Toll Regulatory Board. Hopefully that is forthcoming and motorists can start enjoying the new expressway.

Mukhang malapit na bro... We used the XpressWay Friday night,- and noticed that the segment going to T3 was well-lighted and looked to me like ready to go....
