October 5th, 2019 01:23 PM #422Yes. Because once it is completely private, the owners will not want to ruin the reputation of their brand as they have completely stuck their name on it.
However, once government has a "seat at the table", they like dipping their fingers in all the pies a lot.
Though it is not to say that private executives don't also do this, their audit teams tend to be forthcoming about it since they are usually public companies and disclosures are needed. Once exposed, heads will roll so they are less likely to be as thick skinned as the governments that shouldn't even be doing it. =)

Late 2000's to early 2010's. I used to ride lrt1.
Riddled with breakdowns. Amoy luma at ihi yung ibang trains especially the center part.
I think that was before the current management took over.
Fast forward today, i dont regularly do lrt1 but when i do, mas efficient sya ngayon to say the least.
