    wow ha. "no apprehension day"???! so you can cross an intersection kahit stop pa light mo? pwedeng magcounterflow? pwedeng magbaba ng pasahero sa gitna ng kalye? teka, lahat pala to ginagawa na ngayon. so what's so special about it? :D

    Sa Makati per Mayor Binay plate ending 3&4 bawal pa rin.

    Sa Pasig City they are not enforcing number coding but focusing more on moving violation and traffic management.

    I assume they plan to assist naman and guide traffic still, but minus the apprehensions. If it fails, then it reinforces nga the need for coding, and apprehensions. If it succeeds, then they can look into already reducing the coding restrictions.
