LTO Special Plate and LTO Registration

hi guys , question lang is it true na naka hold at the moment mga pag release ng special plates from lto? thanks

just got my plate release then the went to lto to apply for my special plate tapos according to them it was hold at the moment

i have the same question. i talked to car dealer and they said we can try applying on our own but application supposedly on hold? has anyone out there recently tried to apply for a special plate? thanks!
