LTO should look at established working models like the British MoT Test for vehicular roadworthiness than expose their ignorance by inventing their own.
Plus, there are respected authorities in specific fields of motoring that they can always tap for consultations. Overlanding enthusiast, Andrew St. Pierre White, comes to mind here.

Next thing you know, LTO will require you to register and get a certification when you change your stock battery from 2SM to 3SM. For everyone's safety, of course.

Turned out sa wheel size magkakatalo at motorista pa ang safety ceetification sa manufacturer. Ano, gagohan lang.

Maraming nang gustong mag rehistro ng mods nila sa probinsya, ang problema wala daw memo kaya di sila ma entertain ng LTO sa probinsya.

Eto pa, fake news daw according sa DOT ang may nang huhuli. Timang talaga.

walang issue kayo lang nagpapagulo. kung ano nasasaad sa law whether implied or direct, pag binanatan ka ng enforcer whether gusto lang mag kotong o gusto ka i-fine talaga, walang kang kawala. sitting duck ka na.

so to be safe, remove all your mods or better yet, just pay for the charges. pampakabit ng malalaking gulong saka led bars meron, pero pambayad sa gobyerno wala. anubayun, double standard.

If they want to implement the law it must be for every motorized vehicles na may modification that stated in the law. Not for a selected motor vehicles only.
