Bawal mag palit ng size ng gulong. Tanong eh anong size ang bawal?

Example naka 20" ang sasakyan mo pag labas ng dealership then nag downsize ka ng wheel to 18". Kuha kaparin ng certification?

Tapos kailangan pa ng owner kumuha ng certificate of road safety sa manufacturers after modification.

LTO should look at established working models like the British MoT Test for vehicular roadworthiness than expose their ignorance by inventing their own.
Plus, there are respected authorities in specific fields of motoring that they can always tap for consultations. Overlanding enthusiast, Andrew St. Pierre White, comes to mind here.
Then again, we all sense this is OPLAN EleFund guised as LTO SafetyDrive. So much BULL.[emoji13]

^Ang issue dito ay ang walang kaayosang ginawa ng LTO sa issue.

Turned out sa wheel size magkakatalo at motorista pa ang safety ceetification sa manufacturer. Ano, gagohan lang.

Maraming nang gustong mag rehistro ng mods nila sa probinsya, ang problema wala daw memo kaya di sila ma entertain ng LTO sa probinsya.

Eto pa, fake news daw according sa DOT ang may nang huhuli. Timang talaga.
