P350 tapos yung fixer mag deliver sa bahay niyo? Alam ko may kilala driver namin kaya siya na pinapa rehistro ko. Pero a few years ago nasubukan ko na mag register sa Sucat, sobrang bilis!

I will be renewing may car registration next month ending "0" is it possible to not have an emission test it is very time consuming.

i just registered my car 2 weeks ago, took me 10hours to finish everything, sa emission tumagal ng husto.

reason is inuuna ang senior, pwd at frontliners (which is no prob with me), ang prob pati mga kilala ni ganito, kilala ni ganyan, dami sumisingit.

this is in LTO MSDO - back of manila post ofc

the solon who initially suggested it, did not seem to have gotten enough support from the others.

which is strange.
i would have expected LTO to be the one to announce its temporary shelving.
they can see for themselves, the great inconvenience it is causing to every car owner.

Can LTO do that? Nasa clean air act yata yan mandatory emission testing, so hinde pwede basta-basta suspend ng LTO without congress' making a new law or at least their approval.
