OT: May memo ngayon yung isang group of companies that offer the H brand na bawal tumanggap ng request kasi sumasabit daw sila sa ganyan due to the promise given to them by LTO doon sa plate releasing.

Some branches that offer T brand have such doc.

I bought a T brand car years ago and availed the 3 letter 3 number for 15000-receipted by LTO of course. (This was when the 3 letter 4 number plate was starting to be released). I also bought 1 T branded car for the office late last year but they're not allowing me to purchase 1 as they also have the "memo" from their upper management not to entertain such.
