April 3rd, 2015 01:40 PM #42I don’t think this is something which happen even in next couple of years even. Even there back in States, police is finding it difficult to implement. My cousin works as receptionist with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer and often tells me this is not something which can be done without any major obstacles faced.
