tingin ko hindi talaga i-coconsider yan parking validation. put yourselves in businessmen shoes or in Henry Sy's na lang. dami trabaho and personnel involved sa validation scheme tapos libre pa.
the best solution talaga if politicos want to help us motorists. put a cap in the parking fee. make a law to regulate it. P40 to P100+ a day is too much na. abolish the per excess hour increase. yan achievable and acceptable.

iirc, one of the conditions before you are allowed to operate the mall is you have to provide free parking.
di ko lang mahanap yang provision na yan.
And also edit option is not allowed anymore
