tama si papi big, blotter mo muna para may police record ka na kahit papaano. tapos kausapin mo na insurance mo kung paano pag ganyan klase ang kaso.
pay the deductibles yourself kung ayaw talaga, legal na ng insurance ang bahala sa kanila.

Tsk....tsk....baka akala ng magulang walang liability kc menor de edad/bata. But then the parents are civilly liable to pay for the damages.

Tama si Mr. Big, file complaint sa barangay pra mapag-usapan. If no amicable settlement reached between the parties, get certification from the barangay/lupon para may magamit ka to file case of malicious mischief sa regular court. Im not sure how this will proceed kc menor de edad pa ang offender but I’m certain that you will get a favourable decision sa civil liaiblity aspect ng case and the prents will pay for the damages.

Or just let it pass, file claim sa insurance for less stress.

It's better to pay for the participation fee, than attorney's fees...

Get a police report, file with your insurance, insurance to chase the offending party. Cheaper and headache free.

You afforded to buy a car, you must be able to afford a comprehensive insurance.

I would let it pass and move on and pay for the participation kesa ma stress pa ako at makipag away. Wala kang magagawa kung balasubas din yung magulang ng bata.

At the same avoid parking near their place if possible. Yan talaga risk ng street parking.

baka sa huli eh ikaw pa lumabas na mali kung sa labas lang ng bahay naka parada...
