    Paano ang legalities pag bata ang nakagasgas merong cctv proof.
    Paano pag cnclaim na p.w.d ang gumasgas?

    Kung wala clang liabilities dito edi pwede cla mang gasgs nlng

    Pa blotter mo muna sa barangay.... then they will invite then offending party...if they wont comply...you are advise to take legal action...get a lawyer, pay his acceptance fee of minimum 40k plus 3k-5k every court date.... if you cant...charge mo nalang....

    Kung umabot sa pulis and yung police report ay reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property, pwede ba itong i-claim sa insurance? At ang insurance naman ang maghahabol dun sa salarin?

    Ang pulis hindi gagalaw sa civil case basta basta..example theft (mr cruz vs mr de leon), pag hindi ka nag sampa ng case, they are free to go, thats why there are plenty of cases that should have been brought to court, but complainant didnt persue the case..monetary issues, pwede sa small claims court but that will also take time and money..

    Wala naman prublema tatanggapn nmn ng insurance ito kung idedeclare na hit and run pero I need to pay participaton fee.

    Ang issue dito e, pag hindi cla nagbayad wala akong magagawa kundi mag file ng case which is not pratical because of it is not cost effective... so sorry nalang kung ayaw magbayad?

    Damage to property...and that property is private...dadaan yan sa fiscal...you need a lawyer for that..and besides...the police will direct you to the barangay, sad to say the issue is too petty for them..problema ng mag kapitbahay yan

    Hindi ba hahabulin naman sila ng insurance mo kapag nireport mo sya tulad ng kinwento mo dito?

    Bayad ka deductible sa insurance mo tapos hayaan mo na sila ang maghabol sa salarin para sa nagastos nila.

    Kapag sa self accident ata yun yung wala nang hahabulin si insurance.

    Edit: pero teka pano pala ginasgas? Inakyat sa bakod? Edi mas matindi pa pala kasi niloob kayo.. tsk tsk.

    Diko masyadong gets pero mukang street parking itong tinutukoy mo instead of private property.

    Maigi yung sabi ni Mr. Big. Kung wala pa din after nun let your insurance handle it, sila na magdecide kung habulin nila or not.
