Flashing green light? wtf?

warning to speed up kasi malapit na mag yellow/amber (slow down) na then red ofcourse to stop.
btw sa denver daw yellow/amber ay speed up (matagal daw mag red)

Common dito yan sa metro manila? First time I encounter it, even sa traffic lights sa Makati wala nito.

Muntik nako mahuli because of this, pag flash I thought orange na so nag menor ako, yun pala mag flash ng green which means dapat bilisan ko, got confused so napa go ulit ako till inabot ako ng red, front wheels nasa box ng intersection
