may dagdag din ako tanung, feloow bro tsikoteer..
yung kapit bahay namin may binili din sha encumbered, may kasama na release of mortgage ba yun galing bangko, tas sa CR nya andun naman yung pangalan nung bumili pero naka c/o padin sa bangko kahet pangalan at address ang naka lagay sa cr nya. ganun padin ba proseso kapag ipapalipat nya yuon sa pangalan na nya?

April 28th, 2014 07:27 PM #12Dapat kapag bumili ka ng encumbered pa ang tatak sa CR, make sure na may kasamang release of mortgage galing sa bank to make sure na fully paid na nga ito and of course yung deed of sale.
As long as may encumbered sa CR siempre nasa original name pa yan ng owner a address rin ng owner. Kung gusto mo malipat sa name mo ang papers, pupunta ka ng registry of deeds kung san yan naka entry para ipa lift mo yung encumbrance, then may babayaran ka and may ibibigay sayo na mahabang papel, then you can go now to highway patrol group para sa verification of records na hindi yan carnap.

July 1st, 2014 10:25 PM #14question sirs, yung utility vehicle nakapangalan sakin personal ngaun gusto ko na ilipat sa name ng company ko dahil takot ako makotongan dahil bka sabihin colorum pero encumbered pa sya.
1. ano po hihingin ko docs sa financing company kasi di ko pa sya tapos hulugan para malipat under my company yung reg.?
2. ok lang ba kumuha pnp clearance kahit dko hawak yung cert. reg.?

December 15th, 2018 06:20 PM #17I get conflicting informations with regards to cancelling the chattel mortgage, namely:
1) Go to your area's ROD to have your "Release of Chattel Mortgage" stamped 'cancelled'.
2) Go to the ROD where the RoCM is filed.
Alin po ba ang tama sirs? First time ko po kasi gagawin to... Thanks!
