Meron siya car loan sa bank, tapos nabayaran na niya then siguro meron siyang outstanding na CC debt, I'm thinking wala naman pwedeng ibang outstanding na utang aside from CC. Siyento prioritized niya yun car loan kesa sa CC debt.

Hinde talag I release ng bank yan until bayaran mo yun CC debt. Lalo na isang bank lang pala. Tapos baka napunta na sa collection agency yun CC debt.

Alam ko nasa contract yan, hinde ma release isang loan pag meron pang isang bad loan.

Pero nasa bank yung car key...

Mali lang siguro. Baka akala niya dalawa dapat yun keyless, meron kasing ibang mode na isa lang talaga then ordinary key lang yun pangalawa.

Eto kasi sabi nya - Unfortunately, the car owner died leaving the debt unpaid and the car is still with the bank.

Baka ibig nya sabihin the car registration is still with the bank.

Yes. Natapos na yun car loan pero hinde ma release chattel dahil meron pa utang sa bank which is I think CC debt.
