As per my limited knowledge, kung saan mo na avail ang car loan dun din sa place ng ROD nila magpapa removed sa encumbered...[emoji31] goodluck sir. 3-5days as per the blog i read ang processing or depends kung kelan ka paababalikin ng officer in charge...

tanong ko lang din po, yung nabili ko na car may encumbered pa sa CR pero may release na na chattel of mortage, pede ko ba mafile sa LTO dito samin na maalis ung encumbered nya o kailangan kung saan sya unang narehistro? pangasinan po kc tas cavite ako.. then hahanapin po ba ung first owner pag nagfile o pede ako nalang.. salamat po

sale, ako na naglakad ng cancellation nung encumbrance sa registry of deeds, yun nga lang, kung malayo layo sa lugar mo yung ROD kung saan yan naka entry, eh mapapabiyahe ka.. May bayad rin nasa 1k ata mahigit.. Then kami na rin naglakad nung transfer of ownership. Audacity Find My iPhone Origin

Hi po mga masters. Just wanted take a chance baka po may nakakaalam sa inyo how we can go around this issue.

The car has already been paid fully but the bank does not want to release the chattel mortgage, original OR/CR, car key and so on because the person who owns the car has a pending debt from the same bank where he got the car as installment. Unfortunately, the car owner died leaving the debt unpaid and the car is still with the bank. Several attempts were made to get the chattel release from the bank but to no avail. I wont be disclosing the bank's name as there might be a legal sanction of some sort .

Anybody has a bright idea on how we can solve this nightmare?

My last hunch is to ask from an attorney which I think is not the best option.

someone already narrated a similar case, some time in the past.
i are still wondering, what happened to that case.

the narrator was willing to settle the debt, but the bank refused to disclose the details of the debt because of bank secrecy issues.

there should be a law to help innocent buyers...

kung nasa bank ang car that means nahatak yun.. hindi nabayaran.. pano na fully paid?
