    NOTICE: Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Center will be Carless from 6:00am-12:00nn on Sundays starting June 3 2012.

    i like it. less pollution, less traffic and it's better for your health. i wish they do this at edsa on a weekday once a week, if you want to pass by edsa with your car you have to pay a fine.

    Token attempt. What would happen is that the cars that would have passed by Emerald will take the long way around, hence burning more fuel and causing more traffic. My 2 cents.

    Haha, natawa ako dito, coke float without straw, take out, pano pa kung iinumin mo while driving? Pahirapan.

    On topic, gano ba kalala ang traffic sa ortigas sa sunday ng umaga? Kung di naman ganon kaabala, ok lang.
