Hindi lang sa MM malala ang traffic pati rin sa ibang lugar at karatig probinsya, ito ay dahil sa mga tricycle at puj na sangkatutak sa dami hanggat hindi nareregulate ang mga ito at malimitahan ang lugar kung saan sila pwede tumakbo, mahihirapan tayo magkaroon ng decongestion. It happened already in S.Korea where businessmen pay less taxes to gov't as long as they put up their business in outskirt. Not only to lessen cars on the road in MM but also to decongest the population. next problem natin kung di maiayos ang traffic ay magiging sardinas na tayo dito sa MM

Everybody knows na pag may saturation of people, may pera. And that is Manila. The trade off however is congestion. Pero kung ang ilang grupo eh nag-profit sa congestion, then that becomes a source of livelihood

So traffic will never be resolved ni matter what. The only solution is to adopt a new frame of mind. Try to love in nearby emerging provjnces, nagsisimula na din naman mag tayo ng mga malls and franchises dito , better pa ang opportunity coz pioneering pa.

I tried this path some 4 years ago, nakabili nga ako ng Pajero sa less stress ang congestion sa business ko
