    Hinde uubra mga astig na mayors ng probinsiya sa metro manila. Iba ang culture dito and masyado ng malapit sa seats of power...

    Hind pwede gawin dito ni deturte yun pagka astig niya. In the province mayor is the ultimate boss dahil Malayo and maliit lang tapos mga Tao most is takot...uubra ba dito yan sa mga city dwellers?

    Kung ang traffic violation ay taasan, say minimun Php 5,000. then sa 2nd offence x2, sa 3rd offence x3 and so on.

    kaya madaming balasubas sa daan ay napakababa ng penalties.
