bale kasi kinain na nung ford escape yung lane nung husband ko and there's a revo in front of him. when the revo avoided the fast running ford escape to the right, siguro na shock husband ko so he goes to the left to avoid bumping into the revo, gegewang gewang daw yung ford escape so inabot yung husband ko sa pasenger side, sa lakas ng impact 1/4 nalng natira sa driver side at nagletter c yung civic, and sobrang naipit husband ko, may mga bakal na rin na tumama sa knya sa katawan at sa ulo. Sabi ng witness isang break lang daw narinig nya, maybe its my husband kasi sa lakas ng impact malamang nde nakapreno yung ford. Highway kasi sya so walang stop light, wala ring broken lines sa gitna ng highway.

If my inlaws would also think that way ok sa akin makipagsettle on a reasonable cost, yung mabubuhay yung special child namin hanggang pagtanda nya, kasi its different my childs in not normal he needs special attentiona and education. But nde naman ako papayag na sa sobrang baba ng settlement nila parang dehado na kame. Siguro ibigay nalng nila demands namin.

i agree with horsepower 100% sa lahat ng sinabi nya. very level headed thinking.

It is actually good that you are considering settlement because court proceedings can go on for so many years — and the suspect might get killed soon too since he drives drunk.

BUT, never show, not any hint, that you are willing to go for settlement. Also, don't hint that you need money.

Because if ever they get wind that you need money, it's only a matter of time before you give in to their lowballs (pambabarat).

This is a matter of mind games so make sure to give the right signals and hide your weaknesses.
