thanks a lot po..

From terminal2, you need to turn left to Imelda Ave (Sucat Ave),- pero before that baka mahuli ka na.... Anyway, if you're able to make it, then you can turn right just before the Duty Free Shop and then cross Quirino Ave and just follow the small road network, which will lead you to Coastal Road, southbound.... From there, Bacoor should be a breeze....

CODING-FREE
1. Paranaque
2. Taguig
3. Pasig
4. Marikina
5. Antipolo (this is Rizal, so I don't know if it's MMDA jurisdiction)

NO WINDOW CITIES & MUNICIPALITIES
1. Makati
2. Las Pinas
3. Pasay
4. Malabon
5. San Juan
* If Las Pinas is in this list, I then wonder about Alabang-Muntinlupa. Doesn't make sense if you could drive thru the Alabang-Zapote road only to stop at the boundary of Las Pinas to avoid getting caught. Unless Alabang-Zapote rd. has a window just like EDSA. Meaning you can take the thoroughfare but as soon as you turn into the neighboring city's streets, puede ka nang hulihin.

WITH WINDOWS(?) - pls correct if needed:
1. Manila
2. Quezon City
3. Entire stretch of EDSA

opo, may nanghuhuli po sa alabang zapote road even if its a part of muntinlupa...ewan ko din kung bakit. actually may tama ka jan, narealize ko lang din dahil na point out mo. hehehehe

kasali din pala ang san juan?? and bakit 3 places lang ang may coding window? and as far as i know may coding na rin sa Pasig.

I got this via email. I think it's fairly accurate and should answer all our queries about coding in Metro Manila (sorry for the font format, I just cut-and-pasted):

Subject: MMDA number coding

1. No window hours: Makati, Malabon and Las Pinas. Number Coding is in effect from 7 am to 7 pm! Sa Makati, no coding for senior citizens. Just make sure you have your blue card or sr. citizen's card. The driver of the vehicle or one of the passengers must qualify.

2. No number coding: Taguig, Marikina and Paranaque . So, feel free to roam around these cities anytime.

3. Pasig City has window hours of 9 am to 4 pm (note the 1 hour additional to the normal 10 am-3 pm window). <<Just as an aside - I heard that Pasig has adopted the same window hours as the rest of the other municipalities. No extra hour. Since there is no way to confirm this in Pasig , I advise conservatism and just assume the shorter window, just to be sure. ->>

4. San Juan has window hours now according to MMDA website.

5. Pasay City is implementing Number Coding except on the following roads: Ninoy Aquino Avenue, MIA Road, Domestic Road, Portions of Airport Road, Sales Road, Tramo.

6. EDSA, C5, Pres. Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, Roxas Blvd ( Pasay ) have window hours regardless of the city (meaning one can drive via EDSA in Makati any day).

7. For the rest of Metro Manila (Caloocan, Mandaluyong, Manila, Muntinlupa, Navotas, parts of Pasay, Pateros, Quezon City, Taguig, and Valenzuela) number coding is in effect (window hours of 10 am-3 pm is also observed).

wala

kahit nga sa edsa kung dadaan ka lang ng makati portion during window hours ng ibang cities (walang window ang makati), hindi ka dapat mahuli because of coding

Afaik 10 to 3 is still in effect sa mga smaller roads.
Problem mo is radial roads (commonwealth, mindanao ave) are implementing 7am to 8pm coding.
