Cities in Metro without Coding

I can attest to you that there is a window period here in our city, and there is no truth that being a Mandaluyong City resident exempts one from being apprehended. I was apprehended a lot of times here within our city limits, peace.

Please don't take offense sir, as that is not my intention. I only based it from the experience of a blogger, that's why I had my misgivings. As you already know, it is not a very pleasant experience to be apprehended, and you can never be too sure as different enforcers have different interpretations of ordinances:

I was in a situation like this a couple of weeks ago. I had to bring my wife to the hospital because she was experiencing some labor pains. Coding ang kotse ko nun, so I had no choice but to use it. We were flagged down sa may Ortigas. The enforcer asked me if I knew na coding ako. I said yes, at tinanong ko sya kung alam ba nyang manganganak na ang Mrs ko at pa-diretso na kami sa hospital? I pointed to my wife's bulging belly, the guy just sighed and let us go our way. Im sure under emergency situations pwede ka ng pagbigyan ng MMDA.

Thanks sa reply nitrox. mukang dadalhin ko na nga sa hospital ang wife ko today kahit coding ako. alam ko pag emergency cases talagang dapat padaanin kagad ng enforcer (naaral ko to nung college sa ROTC hehe). mabuti na ung merong may first hand experience.

Question po mga sir..

If I am in the fort and I am going to MOA during the window hours of my coding day.. which is the safest way that i can get through withould being upheld? im thinking about taking mckinley road bound to edsa, but i think before reaching edsa, i will be entering the makati boundary.. pde ba icontest na im just passing to get through edsa.. or can you suggest other way mga sir.. thanks in advance..

yes, coding should be lifted during an emergency
once coding ako but i was on my way to the medical city where my wife was being treated in the emergency room. when i was flagged down by the mmda traffic enforcer in c5 that was part of quezon city, i showed him the text of my wife stating that she's in the er. pinalusot ako.

I was flagged down by an enforcer around June or July at Pasay City near MOA. silly me, I forgot that it was my coding day. he told me that there is a window coding at Pasay. after that, rushed into harbor square and waited there till 7pm.
