For mags and tires as long as the overall height and width of the tores is within the allowable range specified by the manufacturer the warranty doesn't get voided. For example you upgraded from 16" to 17" and the height if the wheels and tires remains the same then the warranty doesn't get voided

For any electrical, as long as there is nonsplicing involved then warranty doesn't get cancelled. Like changing HU of the car only if the installer uses an adapter and doesn't cut any wires then you should be fine
