Unfortunately, wala atang katumbas dito sa Pinas ang Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act tulad sa 'Murica.. Which basically says that the manufacturer/dealer must prove/replicate that what the modification (in any degree) the consumer has done with the vehicle did indeed cause the issue/s.

A good consumer law. Unfortunately our lawmakers are too busy renaming streets, buildings and bridges to pad their number of bills filed as if they meant anything.
