    my mom is in another country. can i register the car on her behalf para pag dating niya wala na siyang hassel? ano procedure?

    yup! bring your car to any LTO branch get it emission tested, stencil then just basically follow the steps kung san ka windows pupunta muna...

    What if naka financing ang sasakyan mo?ako na ba ang mag parehistro or still yung pinagkuhanan ko pa rin ng sasakyan?

    xerox copy of Official reciept, Certificate of registration , Insurance
    Sama mo na iyong emission test required to pass and last year they photoshot your rear plate number .

    so basically all I need to bring is the or and cr kahit photo copy ayus lang then emission test then what if walang tpl, kailangan ba talaga yun kasi luma na yung oto ko eh 83 model. TIA how much na ba this year ang registration? thanks uli sa thursday ko na siya ireregister para may time kasi off ko eh. open ba sila ng weekends(silly question here)?

    Bro.,- you need to bring the original OR (registration of the car for the past year), unless you can pull strings in the Agency....
