Idiotic early devotees caused traffic this afternoon. City hall closed Andalucía-Quezon Blvd going to Quiapo, plenty of commuters were stranded. As usual, the TEs of Manila are inefficient as ever. The procession of the Black Nazarene is on Wednesday, but traffic will be as maddening for tomorrow Tuesday . Avoid Manila for the next two days if you don't want to waste your time in traffic...

Well that explains the heavy traffic from espanya to quiapo earlier...and the vehicles coming from quiapo to españa are so few.

When I passed by there this afternoon 4 pm, Quezon Blvs (portion in front of Central market) is not moving anymore.
