    Good elevated parking area.

*25 pesos I find it too expensive. It's not like there's a lot that you can do in Starmall para masulit yung parking fee.

Para makaiwas sa parking fee on a weekend i usually park sa katapat na building (where the commercial establishments are all closed) near the philam guard house sa cv starr. Maganda rin ang slots dun - diagonal and plenty of clearance on both sides.

Oo ayala malls bwisit parking. Pag first time mo maliligaw ka.

Best mall parking has to be SMs, MOA in particular. Very easy to find a slot and space is generous.
Jan magaling SM sa parking maluwag, napakadali, talaga ginastusan pagkagawa. Carefree ako pag sm mall no need to record.

Have any of you guys been to Madison Galleries in Alabang? Iy has a rather amusing but tight multi level carpark. It has 5 floors but 4 slots per level.

Parking is really one of the largest sources of cash flow for a good lot.

Even Marquee Mall in Pampanga already charges for parking (that's a first in the Pampanga area for the malls).

Not really related to the thread but a hi ace van backed up into a parking slot in our condo and underestimated a low hanging balcony. Ayun basag ang rear windshield and yupi ang lift gate.

Another good parking area is Olivarez General Hospital/Olivarez College parking area. Very generous ang spacing ng slots. Kung sedan at naka-sentro ka sa slot, you can open all doors fully and it won't hit the adjacent vehicle. Open parking pero free for hospital visitors/patients.

I posted this on another thread.

This is Chino Roces corner Rufino. Coming from Ayala going straight on Ruffino St. pag dating sa Chino Roces the building on your right is Marvin Bldg.

Monthly parking dun. If I'm not mistaken mura lang yun bayad dun. So if you are near the area lucky for you. Motor nila dun is P600/month.

Here are a few things to watch out for kung kotse park mo dun

    - Kung mag pa reserve ka the Manang there will ask you what time is your shift.
Kung ano oras yun normal work schedule mo. Kasi hindi mo pagmay-ari yun pwesto like condo kaya outside your working schedule other people can park too.

Pero it's best to speak with Manong. mas mabait si Manong. Better deal with Manong kesa kay Manaang. mas money hungry si Manang eh. But the parking rate there is really good.

Lastly, they sleep at 12AM, better pick your car up before 12AM else 6AM mo na pwede kunin.

Yes, bahain sya. Pero the Volley court is quite high, kaya kung bumaha sa labas, safe yun kotse or motor mo sa loob ng covered court. Mataas kasi yun.
sa tingin mo ba araw araw magbabaha hangang bewang?
Yun car mo safe dun, pano ka lumangoy papunta dun is your problem kapag naabutan ka na ng matagal sa ulan. kunin mo rin number ni Manang para matawagan mo kung lumulutang na ba kotse mo.. just kidding!

With their fair monthly rate marami rami rin naka park dun. It's Chino Roces corner Rufino to be exact.

It's 3 levels actually. I go there on weekdays & never had a problem parking. Might be a different story on weekends though plus I think the open parking on the side is now closed.

Sa SM. Lakarin mo na lang after. Never park on the road kahit may bantay pa. Minsan si MMDA at HPG nangto-tow.

Street parking ba dun? May nakikita kasi ako parking area dun before hehe.
