    I can only imagine how scary this is for newbie drivers. Kaya pag ganito, bawal ang tutok sa likod.

    i beg to dis-agree.
    it's one of the more logical arrangements, if only motorists stick to the one-way-clockwise direction and park-facing-wall policy.
    napaka-suwabe pa ng incline, which is also used as parking.
    and my favorite.. napaka-lapit ng mall sa parking. only a foot separating the two! great during rains!

    Doc, would you know kung anong oras nagbubukas parking nila? I'll process some docs sa manila city hall sya yung nearest parking kasi. Thanks!

    It is open as early as 6am. SM city hall top floor is the extension of MARINA and other gov't agency. Marami ng nakapila mga seaman and the entrance to the mall dun sa may parking area.

    Sa open parking or sa ilalim.

    Never tried sa ilalim. I heard to my cousin lack of ventilation at amoy usok ng tambutso down under kaya better sa open parking na lang pero masikip ang spacing ng lines.
