MVP really had a hard time under the past Admin.
Mas nauna pa tong NLEx-SLEx Connector Road proposal kehza SS3. Pero di ata feel ni Noy si MVP eh. Kahit yung sa SCTEx O&M dumaan sa butas ng karayom.
Wala boss eh, hindi nagpatinag ang mga motel sa Sta. Mesa
At, the usual cause of delayed infra projects: delivery of the ROW c/o the gov't (DPWH).
Ito main concern ko sa BBB - meh seed money na ngayon c/o TRAIN, kaso yung "absorptive capacity" ng mga agencies to deliver.

Note i asked when it will start being built and not when it will finish. At least whwn it starts you know there is an end aomewhere in sight.

Nag photo op este ground breaking na ito BUT for Section 1 only - a measly 2.125km
